Day 1

Nairobi- Tsavo East

Pick up from your hotel Nairobi at 6:00am in the morning and dr ive to Tsavo East National Park via the Nairobi Mombasa road. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species. Check in and have lunch at Voi wildlife lod ge .You will later proceed with your game in the afternoon till late in the evening. Meals and Overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge 4*

Tsavo East

Day 3

Tsavo East- Tsavo West

After breakfast leave Tsavo East for Tsavo W est, you will arrive with Game en-route proceeding to Kilanguni Serena safari lodge. Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness. The savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges including the Poacher's Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below . Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species .It also includes visit to the Mzima Springs. Check in and have lunch then later proceed with your game drives till late in the evening. Meals and overnight at the Kilaguni Serena safari lodge 5*

Day 4

Tsavo West -Amboseli.

After breakfast leave Tsavo west with en route game drive to Amboseli the home of large herds of elephants among other wildlife.There is an advantage to this because one has to drive inside a park to be rewarded with the sight of many different species of animals. Amboseli National Park is reached in the afternoon, for lunch; embark on an afternoon game viewing in the park at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro (19,340 ft). Day 5


Early morning game drive can be taken in Amboseli when Mt. Kilimanjaro usually appears from its mantle of clouds, morning and afternoon game viewing in Amboseli , the game Proceeds to the area of Lake Amboseli, which is a wide salt pan, consisting of permanent swamps. This area has much game, large and small, high concentration of Elephant, rhino, buffalo, Burchell’s zebra, eland, Masai giraffe and small species of the antelope family, the common water buck, klipspringer, Grant’s gazelle, impala, topi, and the diminutive duiker among others. Day 6

Amboseli –Naivasha

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast game leave Amboseli for Lake Naivasha .There will be a stop to view the Great Rift Valley scenery as you proceed to Naivasha. You will arrive in time for lunch, check in at Sopa Lodge Naivasha. Later in the afternoon in exploration of Naivasha with various activities at your cost. You can do any of the activities below but at your extra cost. Activity 1: Boat Ride Experience on a boat ride on the calm waters of Naivasha.Afternoon wind and storms can cause the Lake to become suddenly rough and produce high waves. For this reason, the local Masai christened the lake Nai'posha meaning ''rough water'', which the British later misspelled as Naivasha. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia Xanthophlea, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with bird life, and Naivasha is known as a world class birding. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Giraffes wander among the acacia, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallows. The region surrounding the Lake is well worth exploring. There are two smaller lakes nearby, Oloidien, and Sonachi, a bright green cater lake. Activity 2: Visit the crescent Island A short boat trip from the mainland out into Lake Naivasha gives you access to the unique Crescent Island Wildlife Sanctuary. A wide variety of wildlife, birdlife and flora lives quite freely out there and as there are no predators to be found, quite happily as well. Spend some time wandering around at your own pace and enjoy the peace and quiet broken only by the sounds of the Islands wild inhabitants you cannot miss to see the Masai giraffe, zebra, dik diks, steenbok, impala and gazelles among other animals. Activity 3: Hells Gate You will proceed to hells gate .Once at the Park, you have the option of a game drive in a Safari vehicle or take bikes into the Park. Cycling in the Park is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 Kilometers a midst wildlife before resting at a ranger's post. Enjoy the spectacular views of the gorge. The volcanic activity is very evident from the hot water streaming on the walls of the gorge. The guided gorge walk takes two hours. The hot springs and a fabulous scenic landscape besides the diverse wildlife are just incredible. Day 7

Naivasha –Maasai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, proceed to Maasai mara game reserve via Narok town then enter the Maasai mara road and drive across the plains to the camp. Check in at the camp for lunch. The meals are buffet, enjoyed either in the dining or under the shade of indigenous trees. The culinary affair is indeed one to delight the senses, have a few minutes relaxing and enjoying the surrounding before you depart for an afternoon game drives. Day 8

Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, a full day of game viewing with picnic lunch, exploration this part of the Northern Serengeti Ecosystem where the great wildebeest migration takes place at the beginning of August. Months before the actual migration the herds ‘assemble’ in Serengeti in readiness for the crossing into Masai Mara. The plain is literally covered with these animals. Grunts and other animal sounds are heard, and territorial fights are commonplace. The migration, now declared the Seventh Wonder of the World takes place from end July to September. Africa has a long history of capturing the imagination of travelers, a continent of dramatic contrasts that gives you an unforgettable and remarkable experience whether it’s in an amazement of watching thousands of wild beasts struggling across a rushing river that is littered with crocodiles waiting for their prey, makes the world’s premier wildlife spectacle. The afternoon is spent on a game drive in search of the black manned lions which the park is famous. Lion making a kill can be witnessed in the late afternoon or a leopard in a tree enjoying the meal he has dragged up to avoid disturbance and detection. This reserve has hilly savanna, rolling grasslands, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributarieThe ‘big five’ are positively represented here. The large predators are the lion, leopard and cheetah. The smaller predators are the hyena and jackal. The large herbivores are the elephant, rhino, Burchell’s zebra, hippo, buffalo and giraffe. The smaller herbivores are the antelope and bucks. The Maasai ostrich, the world’s largest bird is found in the park. OPTIONAL AT AN EXTRA COST: (a visit to the maasai villages and hot air balloon taking off in the beautiful early morning, you drift above the browsing game and have tremendous opportunities for unusual photographs. Day 9

Maasai Mara –Nakuru

After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive for lunch and after proceed with your afternoon gamedrive to enjoy the sight of pelicans bathing in the fresh water streams which terminate in Lake Nakuru. Since there is no existing drainage, Lake Nakuru is alkaline, the perfect place for flamingos to feed on the blue-green algae. The greater flamingo attains a height of about 4.26 feet its plumage is almost white with a pale pink, black tipped beak. It is the lesser flamingo that has the more exotic color. About 2.72 ft. in height, with a rosy plumage and dark red, black tipped beak. Lake Nakuru National Park has a great variety of bird life which includes the Egyptian goose and a variety of ducks that come from Europe to winter. This park is truly a bird watchers paradise. The game animals include hippo, waterbuck, gazelles, Colobus monkeys, buffalo, leopard and the Rothschild giraffe. The park is also a sanctuary for the white rhino. This park has an abundance of acacia trees, both yellow barked (fever tree) the umbrella-topped acacia and the candelabra cactus. Meals and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge 4*

Day 10

Nakuru- Samburu

After breakfast, your safari adventure will begin as you depart by road driving across the equator to the Northern Hemisphere, and onwards to the semi-arid region of the Samburu Game Reserve. The name Samburu is of Maasai origin, a ‘samburr’ is a traditional leather bag the Masai use for carrying honey and milk. This region is characterized by vast, open landscapes, dried riverbeds (depending on the season of the year) and its red volcanic soil.Rock outcroppings contrast against the dense woodland vegetation along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, the river that gives life to the reserve. The area is home to the Samburu tribe, who are ‘cousins’ to the Maasai people with their own distinct cultural traditions. Arrive at the camp or lodge in time for lunch, followed by some leisure hours for a siesta or swim before you depart for an afternoon game viewing drive, and return back to the camp or lodge before sunset. Day 11


This full day in the Samburu Game Reserve will be spent searching for the big five, the Samburu five and observing the vast unspoiled scenery during morning and afternoon game viewing Drives. The Park is plentiful with crocodiles that bask on muddy riverbanks and velvet monkeys that frolic in the late afternoon sun. Samburu is renowned for its rare species of fauna known as the ‘Samburu five. These five particular animals are usually only found north of the equator – the long necked gerenuk, the reticulated giraffe which is characterized by its liver-colored geometric patches defined by narrow white lines, the Grevy’s zebra which is smaller than the common zebra and looks more like a horse, the beisa oryx with black horizontal stripe running across its lower flank and the Somali ostrich males which have blue-grey necks and thighs. A camel-back safari is a specialty in Samburu, as well as a cultural visit to the Samburu people who depend on their cattle, goat, sheep and donkey can be arranged. Day 12

Samburu- Olpejeta Concervancy

Have your breakfast followed by a depart to Olpejeta. You will arrive for lunch and relaxation and later proceed with afternoon game drive. Ol Pejeta Conservancy is a 364sq km wildlife conservancy situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares and its game-to-area ratio tops the Kenyan park and reserve league. Ol Pejeta has over 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen. It is also where the fastest growing population of rhino in Africa can be found. There are southern white rhino, about 80 endangered black rhino and in a special sanctuary there are three of the world’s last remaining northern white rhino. After breakfast, check out for a morning game drive in olpejeta conservancy, and then later depart for Nairobi arriving in the afternoon. Driver to drop you at the place of your hotel Nairobi or a transfer to the airport for your home bound flight.
